    The closest airport to the winery is Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) - 34 mins

    As far as lodging, there are plenty or airbnbs in Purcellville, Hillsboro, or Leesburg if you want to stay close to the venue. The best hotels and shopping locations are in Leesburg, VA which is about 20 mins from the winery.

  • Just bring yourself and a good attitude! That is all that is required.

    Most planner event goers like to bring swaps, contact cards, tablemate gifts, and thier planners. However these are all optional!

  • Contacts Cards: A small business card or sticker sheet that has your name, picture of you, social media info, and sometimes a QR code to give to new friends to connect after the event.

    Swaps: A small gift usually given with contact cards to new friends you wish to connect with. Ex: candy, pens, washi, pins, stickers, vinyls, bows, iron on patches

    Tablemate gifts: A gift given to the group of individuals sitting at your table to connect with further. It is usually a bigger gift than a swap since it is for a fewer amount of people. Ex: tote bags, pencil pouches, tumblers, mugs, sticker kits, snacks, etc.

  • There will be 50 attendees and 8 attendees per table.

    I would bring 7 tablemate gifts and for swaps, as many as you reasonably think you would pass out to connect with the other attendees.
