Just bring yourself and a good attitude! That is all that is required.

Most planner event goers like to bring swaps, contact cards, tablemate gifts, and thier planners. However these are all optional!

Contacts Cards: A small business card or sticker sheet that has your name, picture of you, social media info, and sometimes a QR code to give to new friends to connect after the event.

Swaps: A small gift usually given with contact cards to new friends you wish to connect with. Ex: candy, pens, washi, pins, stickers, vinyls, bows, iron on patches

Tablemate gifts: A gift given to the group of individuals sitting at your table to connect with further. It is usually a bigger gift than a swap since it is for a fewer amount of people. Ex: tote bags, pencil pouches, tumblers, mugs, sticker kits, snacks, etc.

There will be 50 attendees and 8 attendees per table.

I would bring 7 tablemate gifts and for swaps, as many as you reasonably think you would pass out to connect with the other attendees.
